Welcome to NoRush! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NoRush mobile application (the "App") and related services. By using NoRush, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

- By using NoRush, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration & Security

- You must register an account using your phone number.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree not to share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.

4. Service Description

- NoRush provides a platform for designated drivers and riders within groups.
- Users can create and join groups, offer rides, and view real-time location sharing within their group.
- NoRush does not operate as a transportation provider or assume any responsibility for the conduct of users.

5. Livery Insurance Policies

- Drivers using NoRush may be required to carry livery insurance as per local and state regulations.
- NoRush does not provide insurance coverage for drivers or passengers.
- It is the responsibility of each driver to ensure they have adequate insurance coverage before offering rides.
- Users acknowledge that NoRush is not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from insufficient or lack of insurance coverage.

6. Location Services

- NoRush uses location services to share real-time and background location data within groups.
- By using the App, you consent to the collection and sharing of your location with other group members.
- You can manage your location-sharing settings within the App.

7. Prohibited Conduct

- You may not use NoRush for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
- Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior towards other users is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to manipulate, disrupt, or interfere with the App’s functionality is forbidden.

8. Disclaimers & Liability Limitation

- NoRush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- NoRush is not responsible for the actions of its users, including drivers and riders.
- You agree that NoRush is not liable for any accidents, disputes, or damages resulting from your use of the App.
